My appointment was for 10:00 in the morning. I got there 15 minutes early which would make it 9:45. I signed in and they took my $40 copay immediately at 11:05. I got up and asked for my copay back and I told them I will try to find a different place. The wait time was ridiculous
I guess I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when I saw Jason the PA, he did absolutely nothing for me. I ended up in the hospital for three days. He questioned whether I had Crohn’s when I could’ve shown him proof that I do with all my records Again our medical field just letting people down beware I’m telling you people I’ve dealt with Crohn’s for six years do not go here and Dr. Das who did my implant years ago she should be ashamed to be affiliated with these people.
I work full time and go to school full time. When I saw the doctor she was very understanding of my schedule and assured me it was ok to schedule my surgery for the next holiday as to work around my busy day to day. As busy as my life is, it was very nice she worked with me, and went out of her way to let her staff know exactly when I wanted to schedule my surgery. Thankfully it is a procedure that can be postponed.
I am a new patient at Total Gastro and Dr. Riva Das, who will be performing surgery on me next week. I am so well cared for there, and safe, and hopeful now about my condition. But I am writing to tell you of an extraordinary act done for me by Crystal, one of the staff at the clinic. I was told to buy a certain prep for my upcoming surgery, and I saw that it cost $168!
