I love Terra! She has always been super professional, kind, and is ridiculously good at what she does. I've been coming to her for my hair care for over 10 years, and plan on doing so until her fingers fall out. Go! You'll be in excellent hands.

Stay away from this unprofessional person. I confirmed my appointment 3 times for highlights and a cut at 230. Terra insisted this was latest she did this service. I took 2 hours off work and came to my appointment on time. Upon arrival Terra, stated she was only doing a cut even though I had pre-purchased highlights and a cut. I first met Terra through a Groupon close to a decade ago. We had an instant rapport but more than that, she intuitively understood what I was looking for in a hairstyle. In conversation I discovered that she had a reputable clientele in Toronto before moving to Niagara. She has a beautiful home studio and makes you feel comfortable. I have been getting my hair done for three years with Tarra and she's always been kind and honest with me about my hair. If its summer I change my colour to blond and in the winter I go darker, it always looks amazing! We have become close and she's someone I would totally recommend to anyone to try out!
