5/5 — Dry eye relief that lasts. Total focus on northgate did a proper work-up (meibography, TBUT) and a careful meibomian gland expression with great hygiene and minimal discomfort. Within days my eyes felt less gritty and I needed fewer drops; at two weeks my TBUT roughly doubled and screen time was far more comfortable. Clear pricing, before/after images, and a realistic maintenance plan. Highly recommend for MGD/evaporative dry eye. Highly recommend Suzy for appointments
