I was with this gym for a year, and I absolutely loved it! There is a wide variety of people at every stage in their fitness journey and in many different disciplines. There is an ample amount of equipment, and tons of really unique ones (like a belt squat and pullover machine, which is super hard to find). Total Flex Gym is an amazing place. If you're sick of commerical gyms and/or want a great and supportive environment to lift in, especially to lift heavy, this is the place to train. They have everything you could possibly need for strength, powerlifting, and strongman training and they are open 24 hours. The atmosphere here is incredible. Stand up guy. With a stand up gym. Everybody is welcoming, good amount of equipment, and clean. Not much more you can ask for. Total Flex is the spot

Love the gym and love the owner! Love that everyone in the gym is willing to help one another. Unlike other gyms.
