Sauna and steam room hygiene needs attention! Cleaning once a week on a Sunday is absolutely pathetic once a week is not good enough for a COMMERCIAL gym! steam rooms should be most definitely cleaned daily! Staff are allowing people to enter the pool area without showering which is absolutely disgusting there are signs all over the area stating shower before entering and people enter without doing so! Worst customer service experience I've ever had. A woman called Kat in the sign up desk was condosendig and patronising. Offered no actual assistance and talked down to me the whole time. It's a rip off anyway with £20 for day passes. Don't go here, find somewhere better.

I took out a one-year membership at total fitness wrecham . After a couple of months, I was no longer able to do certain workouts, such as lifting heavy objects, because I was waiting for surgery on my knee. I sent them all the details explaining my situation, but the team refused to help. Please be careful before joining this fitness center — they are not supportive of people in difficult situations. I would not recommend this gym to anyone due to their poor handling and lack of understanding.
