I rejoined walkden total fitness last month after being a member years ago, but unfortunately I’ve had ongoing issues every time I try to access the gym. • My card never works at the entrance, and I always have to wait for staff to let me in. • Staff have tried to “re-join” me around 10 times now, but the problem is still not fixed and nobody seems to know why. • The payments on my account since 17th July are inconsistent and unclear — I’ve been charged different amounts with no explanation. Treat their customers terribly.
Great gym, spacious and clean with friendly staff. Ladies only area is fantastic, plenty of machines and huge fans keeping the room cool even on a 25 degree day. Sauna, steam room, sanarium and hydro pool were all very clean and not too busy (I went at 1-3pm) everything working well/hot enough inside the rooms. I usually use Whitefield but I was in the area and was really happy I chose to go here in the end. Will definitely be back again soon.
