I'm not ignorant, I get that this is ultimately a business and that they're there to make money. But never have I encountered a business that is so disregarding of current customers - especially as I have previously left and then returned later. I originally signed a 12 month contract with them only to be later stung with the fact that after 12 months it goes onto a monthly rolling contract and that it takes an entire month for the next payment to cancel - not something that was made clear when signing. Stop trying to take my money after I canceled 6 months ago
It's an amazing Gym. Staff members are very helpful. It's little bit costly otherwise it's fantastic.
Joined and 1st day session today and extremely pleased with the Pool/Sauna/Jacuzzi facilities and the work-out areas with the changing areas also spot on at the Preston site👍 Big thanks to James who gave me a tour round the place first off, explained everything and then brought me on board - Very impressive and extremely helpful with his straightforward, no nonsense approach, a great lad👌
