I had my first EVER kickboxing experience this morning and I’m obsessed!! TFK was beyond impressive. Such a great class. I’m a beginner and it was perfect. I could see how it would be great for any experience level too. Great way to sweat it out regardless of skill, really fun non judgmental atmosphere , amazing instructor ready to help with any technique questions , good music. Recommend
Total Fitness Kickboxing offers exactly the kind of high-energy, full-body workout that I’ve been looking for! I love the inclusive atmosphere, the approachability of the coaches, the ease with which I was able to learn the moves, and most of all, the stress release it provides. I’m looking forward to using my unlimited VIP membership so I can keep track of my progress and challenge myself in new ways!
