Hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Never liked the fluffy trendy stuff at large chains such as Planet Fitness , etc... These guys have it all - great selection of machines , walking track, yoga mats , personal trainers , and best of all - an outstanding selection of free weights. They have everything you can think of. Lots of power lifters frequent here as well. ( I see up to 150 lb dumbbells on a rack ) Nothing comes close in Crossville ! Great membership prices as well. It's got everything I need in a gym, and it's not crowded.
It's a really chill place with machines and plenty of free weights. I've not found it too busy or crowded. I appreciate the indoor walking track to warm up. 24/7 access is nice. It's not glamorous, that's okay. There are no tvs, I honestly don't think they belong in a gym. It's an affordable gym with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
Only place I will work out!
