As a buyer, this is one of our most difficult vendors to deal with. They'll quote something with a 5 day lead time, I place the order and 20 days later, I call to find out where it is and they say the item isn't actually on order and (despite getting an auto-replay confirmation that the order was received). This is one instance, but there's been numerous. I will say Staci and Dalania have been helpful (thank you both). It seems the company's ordering process as a whole has serious gaps. I hope they can get resolved.
