Completed a fencing project for these guys in Wisconsin and still waiting to be paid over $24,000. Promised the payment was sent out then proceeded to not answer or return any phone calls. Would highly not recommend doing any buisness with this company.

Does not pay contractors. We were contracted by total facility service on 09/26/2023 to diagnose lights not working at one of the facilities they manage. After presenting options, Rocky Armacida approved a quote for $778 to convert existing fixtures to LED's. And agreed to pay for work on the day of service via credit card. My customer from Aug 2019 to Nov 2021 and always slow to pay. Then they refused to pay a $570 invoice so asked to be taken off their vendor list. Then on Jan 28th, I received a check!
