best services Best exam I ever had
I'm normally satisfied with there services but this time I'm pissed off I ordered glasses over a month ago and when they finally came back I couldn't see out of them so I took them back and I still haven't received my glasses back and yesterday I was told that they were back but they put the wrong prescription in the right eye lens and that the tent was wrong now I still have to wait for them to come back I'm soo disappointed I don't know what to do because I can't see and I'm a bus driver so I need my glasses when I drive a... read more
It's alot cheaper then going to anywhere else he a good eye Dr Dr Alex Manera with my RA he sends me to a specialist then he recommended me go every year

New patient here. Very happy with t.e.o! Everyone was so nice and helpful, and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Dr Manera was so nice and I got in and out pretty quickly. Would 100% recommend them for your eye care needs!
When I went in to order new glasses I decided to have my current glasses adjusted, but they melted the anti-glare coating off! Although they replaced the lenses at no cost, it took more than a week for them to come in. It was miserable driving around with so much glare! Then after I ordered a new pair of glasses and had to change the prescription, it took more than three weeks for the lenses to be redone.
