Dr. Ripps was my first optometrist when I moved to NJ in the mid-80s. For reasons even I don't know, I started seeing others. But when my current one couldn't accommodate me for a very necessary appt for three weeks, I went back to Brad who now has an office walking distance from my house. Dr. Audlin fixed my contact lens issue and discovered that I might need cataract surgery (undetected by the previous eye doc). I'll know on October 28th after a consultation with an eye surgeon.
Dr. Patel and her staff are kind, compassionate and so honest. It's refreshing to see that. Dr. Patel didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like other optometrists might do.
Great staff and doctors. Hours are a bit more limited in Franklin than in Vernon but they still always get me in. Glasses lenses were not quite right the first time and they got me swapped out to a better rx without any cost or hassle. Highly recommend havr been going for years!
