Not the right prescription and my frames broke when I brought them in to get them fixed the lady at the front desk was very rude and was not helpful at all I would not recommend them to anyone.
The lady at the front dest is very rude and not helpful, if you think they are just wait until you have a problem with your glasses.
The girls were very helpful, fun and opinionated. Glad they were there to help, they made me feel very comfortable
Completely rude people, my girlfriend is having eye issues 4 months after getting her prescription from this place and her eyes were doing okay but they got progressively worse over time. She tried going back today to see if they can re check her eyes and not only did they basically refuse without her re paying the fee they were absolutely rude to her and blaming it on an eye infection without even checking if that’s the case because it’s highly likely they were wrong on her prescription very rude people here🤷♂️
They are nice people...I never had a problem with any of them
