The did our facia on our new house in West Haven. In the first year, we had 3 pieces blow off. We just had another piece blow off. I have tried to contact them several times and they never answer or respond.

I've been trying to have them do a simple repair job for me and it's been really difficult. I understand its a small job and they don't want to be bothered. But they did build the home and it would be nice to have the original contractor do the repair work. It would be nice if they also valued my time and my needing to get the job done. If they would just tell me up front that they are not willing to do the job, that would be much easier. They gave me a bid so I figured they were willing.

Total Exteriors is one of Nilson Homes’ most valued Trade Partners. They do very high quality work. They care about their product and they want their exterior to be the best part of every home. They take pride in their quality and timeliness. They also are extremely good in the event of a warranty claim. This is a 5 star company for sure. They also do work on existing homes.
