Great staff. Friendly and very efficient

I went to your warehouse to pick up the goods. Your staff loaded the goods too far behind. I strongly asked them to move forward. They refused with a bad attitude, and stopped working and left directly. I hope you will investigate. give a solution. I am a customer who paid you money, you are not helping me for free. Yesterday, I called the police three times because my home is too far from Montreal and I don't have a lot of time. I left before the police arrived, and the police called me to investigate.
