We used Total Estate Sales after the death of my mother-in-law. She had been living in this house for nearly 60 years and had a lot of "stuff." Lee, Malinda & Natasha were GREAT! They quickly organized everything and had a positive attitude throughout the process. They were respectful of all items and the sale ran beautifully. I would not hesitate to use them again and high recommend their services. It seemed like a huge job to us and well worth every penny they charged/earned.
We had a curious experience at one of Lee's sales. We made an offer that was $25.00 higher than the highest offer on a large item. Lee turned down the offer saying he would only except an offer of $75.00 more so as not to insult the other potential buyer.......huh????? If I owned the item, I would expect Lee to accept the highest offer. I've never had such an odd experience at an estate sale.
