Very friendly and courteous, nice relaxed quiet atmosphere, the actual clean was amazing. Great detail with camera shots of eardrum and explanation before & after clean, highly recommend. Highly recommend, especially if you are travelling overseas it’s a must. Information about how important hearing is for your mental health was very interesting. Real value for money.
Overall great experience for my first appointment, everything was explained very well and the cleaning was quick with minimal discomfort. Will be coming back in future for any ear cleaning needs.
All good, they walked me through the process, it was quite easy and quick. They have interesting and distracting videos to watch I found amusing too.
