Fan He was great to deal with, professional, thorough and caring when my daughter had her ears cleaned today. He also checked my other daughters ears for her and gave some good information. Highly recommend.
My right ear was swollen, blocked and was in pain from last one week, and today I booked an appointment with Dr. Fan. To be honest, Dr. Fan's professionalism and experience made the entire process simple and painless. He exactly knew what was needed to be done and did it amazingly. I have seen Dr. Fan He for 3 times now to get my ears cleaned. Couldn't be happier with every visit! Very friendly and does a fabulous job! I live in the North East suburbs and can say it's well worth the drive! Don't bother trying home remedies or going to one those clinics that flush your ears out with water. Go see Dr. Fan! He'll look after you and uses proper tools for ear cleaning. Highly recommend!
Dr He is polite, well-spoken, efficient and professional. I booked in and saw him within two hours, even bringing my appointment forward upon request. His treatment room is clean and quiet. The location is easy to access and parking is plentiful and free. His prices are good, too. I felt great after the swift and effective treatment and had a good chat with him also! Friendly chap - highly recommended :)
