Do not trust your natural hair with Ketra. Without my consent, Ketra sneakily put something on my natural curls before doing a silk press to make my hair “easier” to straighten. My hair would not revert back after several at-home washes. My hair looks like it is transitioning from a relaxer. The ends are stringy and do not curl up. I got a styled ponytail on Friday and I loved it! I’m really picky about my (damaged) hair and it’s hard for me to trust someone on my head due to negative experiences but she took the time to explain/tutor me on my hair which I really appreciate! It’s hard to find a stylist who genuinely cares about your hair and Ms.K does just that!!!
