This place is so unorganized it’s painful. We’ve been here several times and have always been there the better part of the day. They give you an appointment time and it’s always hours later to even get a dock. They always have excuses. They only need one dock since only one person unloads all the trucks in line.
Seems like plenty parking, got here a hour early and put me right into dock. I got loaded within 35min and down the road less than 15 min. Don’t mind coming here, just wish better facilities…
Waiting 2 hours to get dock door went inside and ring the bell 2 times the guy came out yelling at me for ringing the bell can’t even tell me when will I get a door to get loaded told me some people wait up to 5 hours to get loaded
Easy in and out. Took 40 minutes from start to finish. Make sure your trailer is clean or they will make you go get a washout. Friendly staff. Port a potty for a bathroom. Overnight parking
Not bad fast loading but you check in and wait till they call you and give you a door. I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes to get a door but got loaded fast
