I called to ask if they carried a specific item and requested a picture so I wouldn’t waste an hour driving there. The person on the phone rudely said, 'If you want it, come see for yourself. If you don't have time to drive, then don't come,' and hung up on me. I called back to ask if this was really how they handle customer service, and he repeated, 'If you wanna come, come. If not, don’t.' Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

This place is ridiculous and disrespectful owners ! I came here to purchase this shelf and I’ve bought one before around a year ago and decided to go back and buy another so I came to pick up the shelf the guy who built it didn’t connect the top properly when building and then didn’t even put hardly any wrap causing the top piece to fly off in the middle of the freeway I returned to tell them what happened and they tried saying their was nothing they could do and it’s my fault , eventually after arguing with the owner for 20... read more
