I called to ask if they carried a specific item and requested a picture so I wouldn’t waste an hour driving there. The person on the phone rudely said, 'If you want it, come see for yourself. If you don't have time to drive, then don't come,' and hung up on me. I called back to ask if this was really how they handle customer service, and he repeated, 'If you wanna come, come. If not, don’t.' Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
