Bad experience with those in the office I went to look for work since they are in need and the lady very mocking and pedantic to give me the paper to fill out the application. If that's the case with the office, how will they treat being already inside the company?

Good company. They provide bottles of water in an ice cooler. Foreman was a great person. Henry and Trent, his trusty pipe layer was always there daily to get the job done. I enjoyed the time spent at Total Development Solutions. Saftey man is dedicated to maintaining safe working conditions for his employees. He will ask the opinions of his people. How was the quality of the Hard Hat? Was there any issues? How may we improve ? Gotta respect that type of work ethic.
