Got some very nasty smelly oily residue on my truck from the dump that 4 other car washes couldn't remove. Called TDAS, the owner got me in at my nearest availability and and did the undercoatung high temp pressure wash himself. Very satisfied with the response and work. I'll be returning and referring them for work in the future. Thank you!
I’ve used Total Detailing for my vehicle and overall, they do a decent job. The exterior usually looks sharp and the bulk of the interior is well-handled. However, there is one consistent "miss" that keeps this from being a 5-star experience for me. Almost every time I get my car back, there are noticeable smear marks on the interior windows. I got the most expensive wash they offer. They detailed my car but did not wash the front or hood at all. When I went back and showed the the manager initially he did not apologize. He washed it himself and said that they were not perfect, they do their best and they are busy. Someone washed and dried the car but somehow failed to notice that the hood and and front weren’t clean or wet? The manager made a couple other comments and then could see the frustration on my face. not worth the money. I went here for the first time in a long time. I paid 32.95 for a car wash and got a sub par cleaning at best. lots of kids doing a lot of things but not even wiping the car down correctly. I get a better was at my home town was for $15.00 a piece.
