I debated on posting this because the lady that cut my hair was very sweet and I’m really bad at speaking up for myself. But she totally botched my hair. I had to go home and have my mom cut it all off like a boy. I showed 2 pictures of shoulder length hair and she left the back shoulder length and the sides were cut up to my ears. It was like a mullet. Not even remotely close to the photos I showed her. AND she did the whole cut with my hair bone-dry and used a razor the whole time. It really really hurt. Been going here for years for my boys’ haircuts. Always a good cut, always good customer service. When my youngest left for college he would come home to go here for his haircuts.
