Fast service and professional! I called yesterday to see if my trailer connection to my brakes could be fixed. An appointment was secured and when I arrived it was done in 30 minutes.
Horrible company. I own two bail bond agencies and have dealt with many tether companies over the years. This company has a contract with Van Buren County Michigan. We have many clients there. This company sometimes takes days to install a Court ordered tether after the bond has been posted. Today I sat on hold twice for over 20 minutes. Finally someone answered but sent me back to the sales department just to sit on hold again. I really like the LifeSafer device installed in my car compared to the intoxalock I had before. However the ease of the apps and comunication was better with Intoxalock. I'm still on the fence and worried about getting maintenence on my vehicle
