Through my appointment with Total Court Services, I worked with several individuals from scheduling to installation and even support -- and was provided the necessary services, as well as respect throughout the process. My technician was at a West Michigan location, and Chris was able to answer all questions and concerns, despite a heavy workload heading into a holiday weekend. I will say that the customer service is excellent and the equipment works good but, when a calibration doesn't go through and I call the next day and tcs assured me that the calibration did go through and the lock out message would be cleared I get locked out and had to have it towed. Why do I have to pay a tow bill when I did my part but someone on tcs didn't?
