They’ve been working on this road Lockwood st in front of my job for weeks but they can’t seem to follow proper ordinances and refuse to stop blocking our entrance every day until 5pm. When we ask them to move it out of the way half the workers pretend to not understand English and the others are rude and hard to work with.
