BEWARE - I sold my home and was told by I still have to pay out the remainder of my alarm contract for 2 years. When I asked TOTAL CONNECT about this when signing up, I was told to my face that if I sold my home, the contract would end. NOPE. This is sleazy business all around.
I had a cold water issue and Chris found the issue in less than an hour. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly to talk to. I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
Total Connect Solutions electrical does a good job of hooking up a generator. Unfortunately they are not nearly as good at showing up on time or on two separate occasions showing up at all. A simple telephone call to tell us they weren’t coming would have changed this review. I would recommend them if you are not busy.
