Absolute phenomenal way to recover and reset after completing the Bay Run and full week of training. We took advantage of the introductory offer of using the private room was fantastic way to spend a Sunday. Will definitely be returning!
I live in Wollongong and used to love training here when I was up in Sydney. HOWEVER, I purchased a 20 pack of sessions and my partner as a surprise also purchased me a 20 pack. During the year I was injured and not able to train. Despite this Callie was not accomodating to either transfer sessions back to my partner or extend the expiry on the sessions. Half the sessions ended up going to waste. I definitely won’t be training here again. This was incredibly poor customer service.

Back in July I walked into Total Conditioning Drummoyne for the first time and tried their Intro Offer: 21 days of unlimited classes for $49, the right period to build habit and mindset. Before July, I had tasted 6 different gyms around my area so, I was able to compare. Life pulled me away after that, travel, work, even a injury.
