The end product looks good. Their communication with me and each other was bad. Lots of things went wrong.
I had TCD Design my kitchen and do all the cabinets, the communication with the designer was lacking over email multiple emails not being responded to. Damage to new drywall was done when the cabinets where installed resulting in more costs with drywall repair. one of the main things my wife wanted was a Seasoning drawer, did she get it in the new 40K dollar kitchen nope, it was never included. Chris Staller is one of the best designers in Janesville. Highly recommend these guys.
We recently purchased a home in Janesville and chose Total Concept & Design to do our new flooring. We started with Chris who was excellent at suggesting styles that would compliment our home. We also dealt with Becky who helped us find a more affordable fixture when she noticed the one we selected was over $500. But our best experience was with the installers Nathan and Troy.
