I dont recommend this place at all. I went there for a keratin treatment, got something done completely different because of the language barrier and then I asked her what did she do to my hair because this is not what I wanted and she started yelling at me that I just pay. I’m busy I have customer and then I had to pay her For something that I did not want and got yelled at. Unus was her name i think thats how u spell it. Just save ur money dont go here
So I called to make an appointment for Japanese hair straightening and the lady that I spoke to was very shady on the phone. She said that I can come Friday, but don’t tell the person that’s supposed to be doing my hair that I called and made the appointment. She persisted on telling me not to tell the person/stylist that was supposed to be doing my hair and this was supposed to be a 3 to 4 hour procedure.
