They have started this new thing to replace overdraft fees. Courtesy fee and they will keep letting charges go through your account for days even if it is overdrawn $500.00 and I have to pay $150.00 in overdraft fees alone. I have been with this bank for 30 years and they are turning into a bank, not a credit union.
I love the newly remodeled Credit Union. My only suggestion is they need to put a speaker in the window glass for the teller to be able to hear you and you to hear them.
Only wish they opened sooner lol otherwise I've never had any issues.
I have recently purchased a new Harley and was financed through Eaglemark at a surprisingly decent rate for good ole H-D. I had been pre-approved through this poor excuse of a financial institution but Harley was able to beat it, yeah Harley Davidson beat the Credit Unions rate and terms. TCCU asked me if they could have a chance to match and or beat my loan to which I said yes please do. I walked in and showed them all the paperwork for my loan to which they stated that they would match it, rate, term, payment, everything .... read more
Worst customer service I have ever had. Applied for a loan for home improvement. I got approved but they wanted me to jump through hoops and fire to get it because I have no history of unsecured debt???? So because I haven't taken out a ton of loans and not in debt up to my eyeballs you won't give me one unless you make me your puppet??? No thanks. Not only that but I was told 4 days in a row I would be called back by end of business day and never was. I had to call them.
Been a member for years, but just recently refinanced my car with the help of Stephanie. I've never been more proud of my bank! Saving me loads of cash and always looking out for me as a member. Always fast service, even when lines are very long. The girls really know what they are doing here!
I love this credit union. Whenever there is a situation with my account its immediately taken care of. The staff is awesome, friendly and willing to solve any problem. I do not regret switching from a traditional bank.
