Rusty was FANTASTIC!!! He did an extremely thorough job, right down to washing the vent covers!! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Most importantly, he took time to get to know me as a person, not just a customer. He didn't just come in and work in solitude. We will be dealing with Rusty and Total Comfort Solutionist for all of our HVAC needs.
Rusty gets our family's highest marks for service! After being told by another heat/cool business in town that we would have to wait up to 5 days to have our AC fixed — when it was 90+ degrees outside and 85 and VERY humid inside our house — Rusty responded immediately. He came to the house, checked the unit, jotted down model and serial numbers, called his supplier to see how quickly he could get the part, and confirmed that he would be able to install it the next morning...all before he even left our driveway.
