What a great experience with these guys. I had gotten 2 quotes from other companies on a new furnace. I asked a friend what he thought. He said call Total Comfort in Ridgetown. I did and right from the get go I could tell this was the company for me. Everything was explained to me. Not left for me to Google. And Lori in the office was like an old friend right from the first meeting. They were quick and thorough. Great experience. I run my own business and appreciate great service when I see it. I highly recommend Total Comfort for your Heating and Cooling needs. My central air unit stopped working during a heat wave. They were quick to answer and have someone attend to access the situation. Unfortunately a new unit was needed. One was ordered and a few days later I was booked and they attended. The staff was very polite and answered any questions I had. They were hard working even in the hear and very professional. My family and pets are very Thankful
