I contacted Total Comfort when our home warranty company offered us the option to choose our own contractor. Zack at Total Comfort had to jump through multiple hoops over several days to satisfy them ... many photos and explanations. He really went the extra mile for us. He was able to get us on the schedule within a couple days which was great because it was really cold and we had no heat. The workmen were very friendly and respectful of our home. Zach is a total professional that cares about his customers. The number of people I've hired over the years that have poor, sporadic communication, end up no-showing, and when they finally show up do shoddy work is mind-blowing, but Zach has restored my faith in people. Instant communication, showed up when he was supposed to, and did super fast work, fixed the issue, and got back on the road on his way to the next place. His pricing is also very fair compared to the competition in the area. Highly recommended.
