Very inconsiderate company. Came out for a simple checkup of my ac unit. All they did was look at it say it’s in very good condition grabbed my water hose sprayed my ac unit for one minute all while it was raining. Entire process was no longer than three minutes. Proceeds to say “we will send a invoice through email”. Only to never send one. Months and months go by and they send me to collections.

I cannot say enough about the a/c technician, Challon. He went above and beyond on fixing my elderly Mother’s air conditioning in this sweltering heat. He is professional, courteous and does what it takes to get the job completed correctly.
