They are by far the best company I have ever dealt with. They went far beyond my expectations. Roger spent hours researching the best heating system until he found the best one. When his team arrived they were professional and did an outstanding job with the installation.
I have two HVAC units in the house, and in 2019 decided to replace both of them. Called Total Comfort to provide recommendations and associated costs. Roger responded promptly and provided alternates, pros and cons for each system, and his recommendations. After we selected the system to use, he set up an appointment for the installation, and performed the installation in a very professional manner. After visits to the home to maintain A/C unit was told that everything was OK and was charged for service. Three weeks later and we have no A/C. Returned, and had to put 6 pounds of Freon. Next day, the unit breaks down again. Horrible experience with this company. Also, had a similar issue with heat. Unit checked for winter service, two months later, no heat.

Very responsive and punctual. Performed great quality job at installing a central humidifier at a reasonable price. Even corrected some minor problems with the filter opening for my furnace, which had nothing to do with the humidifier installation. Would highly recommend.

These guys were efficient, prompt and very professional. I was very pleased with their customer service and quality of work, and decided to sign them up for an annual service agreement.
