I had a dispatcher call me on Saturday to inform me that someone would be coming out between 10 and 2. No one ever reached back out to me since. It took me to call them 3 days later to find they rescheduled for a different day and time (unknown to me). I find this to be unprofessional and bad business. Thank you but no thank you, there are plenty other companies for me to call.
Josh and Barr are an awesome service team!!! Worked quickly and efficiently and knew what the problem was immediately!!! Kudos to the Total Comfort team!!!!
