1 star - should be zero stars. Horrible place, horrible owners. Roger Becker and Kelvin Bernard are uneducated idiots. Totally unprofessional placement agency. They pimp you out for the money and care nothing for the person. Surprised they are still in business.

Last week after registering with many other downtown Boston Agencies, I received a call from TCS. Expecting the same results as every other agency I decided to go "through the motions" for the experience of an other interview and went in and met with a recrutier. If i could give this agency 0 stars I would. The recruiters do not follow up with you or get you the job that fits your requirements. They do not do what they say they will. I took all their tests and went through the whole interview process and was supposedly promised an interview with one of their clients but nothing has come to fruition despite my own follow ups with my recruiter. After registering with several other agencies in Boston, I couldn't believe the difference when I went to TCS!! Everyone in the office was friendly, and you could tell I was not just another applicant to them. They took the time to truly understand what I what I wanted in my next role. I was placed in a great job in Downtown Boston in less than two weeks, and then my recruiter placed 2 of my friends out of state! TCS found my resume online and contacted me to come in for an interview. The office is located near City Hall, the office is fairly small and is in need of some repairs. The recruiter I met was very amiable and we spent thirty minutes going over my resume and what type of worked I would like to do. He had two jobs he thought I would enjoy, but I never got an interview for those. Eventually after a month I got an interview, but did not get the job. I am very disappointed in this company, and the way they handle employees, & clients alike. They do it all too fast & furious and then the employee gets ripped off by not getting paid!!!! I worked 4 days at Valor Tech in Burlington, MA in November 2006 and it is now December 2006 and still TCS has not paid me! and now they do not anwer my emails nor phone calls or anything. I wish there was a no star or a minus star to give to them for a rating here, as that is more than they deserve!
