Had such a great experience! I went to the new McAllen location. Smelled great and was clean. I did the colonic and felt soooo comfortable and relaxed. VANY was excellent, she made me feel so comfortable. I’ll be coming back for all the many services they offer!! Thankyou for such great care!!
Today was my first session & it went well. Customer service was amazing. I definitely recommend! Had to take away some stars due to the session today- disappointing Update: I had my 2nd session today and things didn't go so well. The lady that was there didn't speak any English, as I don't speak any Spanish. I tried to communicate the best I could and called a friend to help translate since the app wasn't working. Olga was unprofessional. As a business manager, she could have more communication skills. I was gifted a session and my friend created a certificate for me (since they do not offer gift cards or certificates.) When I called to schedule an appointment, she didn’t ask for my name. Just asked to see the certificate and said it was fraud. She not once tried to remedy the situation (by simply asking for my name, that she had listed in her records) my friend had to call to resolve the issue and then Olga blames my friend and I for... read more
