Not sure if this is the company i used as the company name changed and was different than the estimate, the text communications and the final bill did not include company name, address phone number. The work performed was poor. Carpets looked not much better afterwards. Shouldn’t the carpets also smell better after cleaning? The house is not large but the price upon technician arrival was double the agreed upon estimate. They also arrived 1.5 days late.
