I called total choice on a friday at 3pm to ask them if they could do two small tasks for me on my vehicle. Even though it was near the end of the day and the asks were really insuggnifigent, they told me to come on down. I have a vehicle with a really difficult access point for my front lights. Its a pain in the butt to replace a bulb and ive been turned down twice by oil change shops to do the task. I was introduced to Total Choice Automotives several months ago and since then I have had several repairs done to my vehicle. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate their honesty, expertise and explanation of what is going on with my vehicle in terms I can understand. Everything is up front, no hidden costs. I've been going to Total Choice Automotives for more than 25 years. When we moved to downtown Edmonton, I continued to make the trip to Sherwood Park because I only trust them to be honest, and give me a decent price - although you can't put a price on piece of mind!
My last two experiences with the gentlemen at Total Choice have left me feeling incredibly well satisfied and I could not be happier with the work that was done. The quotes have been accurate and adhered to which has been awesome. The work has been done very promptly and on time. Would highly recommend their shop to anyone in need of automotive repairs.
Great place. Fixedthe timing and gears on our tiquan few months ago and running great. Fair price too.
