I hate taking my beloved RAV to mechanics.....I know she is getting old (a 2011) and that her geriatric needs are becoming more obvious. Total Choice could easily have taken advantage of me (and of my love for this car!) and overcharged me or completed unnecessary work. Instead, they explained the reason for the Rav's problem and gave me options. I will be back!
