I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I’m just so thankful. 🥹 To start Lawrence is a super star! He’s part owner who is hands on & drives my father who is a lovable yet grumpy guss (think Al Bundy) to his appointments. My father is not impressed by anyone or anything & often complains but raves about Lawrence. He looks forward to his time with Lawrence & I love that for him. Great Service on time went out of his way to help
Total care gave us the absolute worst experience. The driver was over 30 mins late both times that we tried this company. The driver was braking too hard and made me car sick not to mention he took the longest route possible which made us even more late to the appointment and we ended up having to turn around and come home and I had to reschedule the appointment because by the time we would have arrived, the doctors office would have been closed
Very polite and prompt customer service. Excellent pick up and drop-off time.
