INCOMPETENT, UNTRUSTWORTHY, SHADY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Save yourself ALOT of hassle and AVOID this company. We have had multiple negative experiences and they continue to disappoint us. My mom is very sick with cancer and needs transport to get to VERY essential MRI appointments. They didnt show up to take her and the only reason we found out was the hospital informing us she was a no show. If there was an option of zero stars I would have left none. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. After our last awful experience we called and was promised a discount on a future ride. When we didn’t receive a discount and was actually overcharged we called. The person who had offered the discount originally was extremely rude and denied any issues. Never will we use them again. They were late to show up, didn’t call and we had to call them to find out where they were. They took my very sick mom who can’t ride in a regular car (which is why we book these transports) to an MRI which she missed and they didn’t tell us. It was the hospital who called to inform us. They were still going to charge us. We have tried them a few times and always an issue.
Brian was super helpful. Didn’t end up using their services because of time constraints but he was very glad we were able to find someone else to shuttle our patient across the city!!
