Incompetent equipment and staff. My grandmother was taken to hospice today, which total care was to provide transport to. Due to the space constraints of her apartment. They brought up a chair instead of a gurney. Once she was placed on the chair, due to it not being locked, it collapsed on her and caused considerable pain until the team could assist her. Savo was amazing. I had medical transport today, and I just want to say how amazing my driver was. He was kind, patient, and extremely professional from start to finish. I’m currently recovering from surgery and have limited mobility, and Savo made me feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time. He took his time, never rushed me, and made sure I was properly positioned and secure. What really stood out was Savo's attitude—calm, respectful, and genuinely caring.
