Incompetent and inexperienced ! I used total care transportation services for very short transport from emergency to my home after I broke my leg. They were called by the hospital. The guys did let me fall on the ground with my crutches, they were clueless what to do next with me, then put me on a some sort of their chair which collapsed on itself with me in it, failed to secure the chair! INCOMPETENT, UNTRUSTWORTHY, SHADY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Save yourself ALOT of hassle and AVOID this company. We have had multiple negative experiences and they continue to disappoint us. My mom is very sick with cancer and needs transport to get to VERY essential MRI appointments. They didnt show up to take her and the only reason we found out was the hospital informing us she was a no show. If there was an option of zero stars I would have left none. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. After our last awful experience we called and was promised a discount on a future ride. When we didn’t receive a discount and was actually overcharged we called. The person who had offered the discount originally was extremely rude and denied any issues. Never will we use them again. They were late to show up, didn’t call and we had to call them to find out where they were. They took my very sick mom who can’t ride in a regular car (which is why we book these transports) to an MRI which she missed and they didn’t tell us. It was the hospital who called to inform us. They were still going to charge us. We have tried them a few times and always an issue.
