Very accommodating and professional. Appointment times were plentiful, and Communication was quick from an actual representative rather than automated system.
Today I had the misfortune in going to Total Care to have my sudden hearing loss due to medication looked at by a medical doctor . As I was waiting to be seen the front office called me up and stated that “ the Dr would like for us to tell you that he wouldn’t be able to help me or prescribe me anything “ before even been seen . Basically letting me know he didn’t want to see me or there was nothing he could do to help me .. he could take a look at me is what the front office stated but it basically a waste of time !
