We had extreme trouble with the insurance network trying to get the occupational and physical therapy approved extended visits . The visits were extended from the primary but it took a minimum of 10 plus phone calls to get the required paperwork submitted . Talia and Jessica at the front office at Total Care in Highland went above and beyond with assisting us. This involved numerous re-faxing and follow up phone calls . The place is nice and clean and good hospitality
They are very caring and engaging. They let you take your time and make sure you are comfortable with ever exercise and stretch. I recommend this place, they also have very assessable parking.
This facility puts the care back in healthcare! From nice and respectful office staff to the amazing physical therapists, always feel cared for.
