Staff is great and always helpful. However, I need to comment on the upkeep of the place. The floor looks like it does not get vacuumed and never has been shampooed. The chairs were so dirty and torn, but some have been replaced. I included a picture of a chair that looks like it has never been cleaned and who knows what germs it is carrying. This place is super friendly and clean. Rich and Joe are amazing and pay attention to the small details. They make it fun and friendly. Constantly laughing while doing PT.
After reading others reviews regarding a promising gift card from Starbucks. The owner himself responds to a review from (MM) stating they only give gift cards to positive reviews, which is illegal! Owner please educate yourself to the following. 1. I came to Total Physical Therapy about six months ago and had a great experience. The staff back then was professional, friendly, and very flexible with appointments. Even the doctor allowed a 15-minute grace period, which made visits stress-free. Because of that positive first experience, I chose to return here after my recent rotator cuff surgery.
