This used to be a good, friendly neighborhood pharmacy but it has changed quite a lot in both customer service and pricing. I have been a client for 8 years and the new Asian pharmacist obviously DOES NOT CARE FOR THE CLIENTS THAT HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. I felt completely dismissed after being a loyal customer for so long. A pharmacist that is rude and entitled is bad for business. Will never go here again. 1st ... I've been coming here for over 25 years for all my OTC supplies. Prices are ok but costumer service took a big hit today. The front desk cashier a young man with alot of attitude is rude and obnoxious. While making change for a $2 order he had the audacity to toss the change and say it was because I paid with a $20 bill. Very confrontational and unprofessional. I may only spend $150 a month here but never again.
Great stuff, great prices, and great people ! I'll never go back to the "big chain" pharmacies again !
