I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. I made an appointment on July12th for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed for Friday, August 3rd. I realized I had not heard from them after arriving home on Thursday evening, so I began calling the office at 8:30 Friday morning. No answer, no answering service, no emergency number. I arrived 30 min prior to our scheduled appointment time, and there was no one there. No cars in the parking lot, no lights on, no notice posted on the door. I waited for 45 minutes. I had and extraction and let me tell you, I was happy with the outcome. No pain what so ever plus the people there are amazing and very professional! I highly recommend this place !
Dr. Cross & his staff are the best. They did a great job on remove my tooth.
This is a real patient review not a fake one. These guys are amazing. The doctor and the staff are the most helpful of any medical facility I've ever encountered. Everything went smoothly for my son's extraction. He had to be awake for the extraction and said he didn't feel anything. I'd give them 10 starts if I could. Go here, you will not regret it.
Dr. Cross is awesome! He was so patient with my son, being seen for extractions. He even talked sports with him to ease his nerves. His office staff was friendly and answered all questions that we had. I would highly recommend this office.
