I respect them as far as coming out and putting some work in but as far as quality the pool they installed for me a week ago was so bad we now have to pay someone else to tear it down and redo it.The liner is very wrinkled and actual rock was put under our happy bottom that we paid to get to be as soft as can be on bottom, and rock is something you never put under a pool liner as sharp rock is now poking up everywhere. Total Care did an excellent job of putting together a design for a front landscaping wall and shrubbery. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a fairly priced and hard working company. We are very pleased with the results.
